He has served as Chairman of the New York State Thruway Authority, one of the longest toll superhighway systems in the United States and the New York State Canal Corporation, which runs New York’s canal system, including the historic Erie Canal

Teveia Rose Barnes currently serves as the independent director on the board of StandardC, which provides banks, credit unions and insurers with a clearinghouse platform to protect against fraud and illegal activity, and to provide ongoing due diligence and compliance in high risk industries.  She is a member of the board of Climate Action Reserve and serves as a member of the audit committee.

David Nolan recently retired as the Vice Chairman of Millennium Management, a global investment management firm founded in 1989 that manages approximately $34.9 billion in assets as of January 1, 2019. Millennium has more than 2,700 employees with offices in the United States, Europe and Asia. David was previously a Partner in Spear Leeds & Kellogg and was Vice President and Head of Institutional Convertible Securities at Merrill Lynch. He graduated from and is a Trustee of Johns Hopkins University and Chairman of its Endowment Investment Committee

Ms. Foxworth has more than twenty-five years of experience in the energy sector, as well as substantial in-house counsel experience.
