Belinda Foxworth is General Counsel for Gulf Oil Corporation, formerly Cumberland Farms, Inc., headquartered in Boston, Mass. She has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Maxum Energy Logistics Partners GP LLC since April 2012. Ms. Foxworth has more than twenty-five years of experience in the energy sector, as well as substantial in-house counsel experience.
From September 2006 to February 2009, Ms. Foxworth served as an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of U.S. Power Generating Company. Ms. Foxworth served as General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Pilot Energy Services.
Ms. Foxworth served as a Member of the Global Project Finance Group of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in New York, London and Los Angeles. She serves as a Member of the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the state bar associations of Michigan, New York and California.
